WE HAVE A SPEEDING PROBLEM!!!!!!

THE SPEED LIMIT ON 19TH LANE AND 20TH AVE IS 10 MPH.

WE HAVE CHILDREN PLAYING AND RIDING THEIR BIKES, PEOPLE BACKING OUT OF THEIR GARAGES AND PEOPLE ENJOYING THE NICE WEATHER.

DO WE NEED TO HAVE AN ACCIDENT BEFORE THE SPEEDING STOPS?

OFFENDERS WILL BE FINED $50 PER INCIDENT. SO, PLEASE TELL YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.

DON’T SAY GOODBYE, SAY SLOW DOWN.

POOL RULES

The pool in our complex is not a "PUBLIC SWIMMING POOL". It is intended for the SOLE USAGE of residents and limited guests. Residents are limited to FOUR GUESTS – MAXIMUM and must be accompanied by the resident. NO GUESTS are allowed usages of the pool without a resident present. There are 32 homes in our community. If every resident brought four guests to the pool, in the same time period, you would have approximately 192 people at the pool. This far exceeds the capacity allowed by the Maricopa County Environmental Services Department, which could close our pool. We must abide by their regulations, or we could be fined and closed. If the resident is not an owner, the owner will deduct such fines from the security deposit of the renter. Because of these regulations, no pool parties will be allowed without prior consent from the HOA. You can email the HOA at haywardplacehoa@yahoo.com or through our website at haywardplacetownhomes.com.

The lifesaver buoy must be attached to the rope and on the fence along with the shepherd’s crook aluminum pole. These are NOT POOL TOYS and are NOT TO BE PLAYED WITH! Pool furniture is also not a toy. They do not belong in the pool. We have had to replace broken chairs because they were played with in the pool.

Pool furniture must also NOT be removed from the pool area. One chair was found outside the pool area, evidently being used to climb over the wall for entrance to the pool. An ADULT RESIDENT MUST accompany children AT ALL TIMES – and the pool gates must NEVER BE PROPPED OPEN. If you see the pool gate open, please take a moment and shut it. If you see someone prop the gate open, please remind them that children's lives are at risk when the gates are left open. Nobody wants to be fined. Nobody wants the pool shut down. We can and will shut down the pool to get people's attention. All we have to do is remember that we might be saving a life every time we remember to keep the pool gates shut.

We also must respect the other residents who live in the complex. The music must be kept down. We have had times when the music was so loud that it could be heard inside the homes surrounding the pool area. Pool hours are from 9 AM to 9 PM.

Any owner/resident found breaking any of the above rules will be fined and pool privileges will be suspended.

We need to respect the rights of all residents to enjoy the pool and keep the area clean and safe.

PARKING

Automobiles are not to be parked on the sidewalk or in any red fire zone. This includes the area directly in front of your garage. You are strongly urged to use your garage for parking, but if not, you must park on the street. Street parking leaves your auto at risk of being broken into or stolen.

TRASH AND RECYCLE CONTAINERS

Remember to bring in (that means completely out of sight) trash and recycling containers the same day as pickup. This is a City of Phoenix ordinance (which can be found at https://webmail.west.cox.net/do/redirect?url=http%253A%252F%252Fphoenix.gov%252FCITYCODE%252Fch027.html).
